This is the Secretariat of the 2017 OKFriends Homecoming Youth Camp.

We are sending the 2^nd Information Mail, after the 1^st that asked participants to send Personal Information and Documentation Forms.

 

First, participants who have not send their personal information and passport, must send a copy (scan or photograph) of the information and of their passport. (Old and New together)

 

Second, if you have already book your flights please send us the schedule or the e-ticket please.

This is for us to organize the pick-up times, and make a smooth progress for registration.

 

Third, we are scheduled to visit Panmunjom for the ‘Peace Korea DMZ Tour’ on August 3^rd. Participants that carry Korean Passport certainly need to send a scan copy of the Overseas Citizen Registration. Therefore participants must visit the diplomatic office to issue a copy of the Overseas Citizen Registration. (For the camp participants must bring the original copy)

 

Document sending deadline is by Tuesday, July 4 2017. Please keep the deadline and for any special circumstance please contact the secretariat.
